We were pleased to welcome for our first IJL Nexus Series event, war crimes prosecutor, Arthur Traldi.
An alum of William & Mary, Traldi has spent more than a decade working on some of the most serious international criminal trials in recent history, including on mass atrocities in the former Yugoslavia & Rwanda.
Most recently, Traldi led the prosecution of Ratko Mladić—the Main Staff Commander of the Bosnian Serb Army (1992-1996)—for crimes committed during the ethnic cleansing of large areas of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1992.
